Manual actuator for belt drive coupling
Last realizations of Favari Trasmissioni is the system CMD- 012 .
The system uses a lever, formed by a “U” profile connected on a thrust bearing, for axially moving the ring of the coupling TSCHAN Posiflex ZHF 630 .
The ring, with a grooved profile , engages the axial toothing of the driven side pushed by two wheels 72mm integrated to the lever .
The thrust is conveyed manually through the screwjack ZIMM GSZ -25 with 170mm stroke .
This , in addition to act as one of the support , allows , with the placement of two sensors , to check and control the on / off position of the coupling.
The system finds application for the control of conveyor belts where it is necessary , for reasons of maintenance and service , disconnect the driving part by the roller .
