TANDLER spiral bevel gearboxes

TANDLER spiral bevel gearboxes spiral bevel gearboxes represent the top of what the most modern technology in this field can offer.

In particular, they are characterized by a highly favourable performance-dimension ratio and by an extremely silent operation even at very high speeds.

The quality of Tandler products, in addition to the accuracy of working processes partly executed on machines specifically designed and manufactured for this purpose, to the assembly precision and to strict quality controls, is also guaranteed by the excellent quality of raw materials.

All products are provided with a chassis in Mehanite processed on each side and with centering with tolerance, threaded holes on all six faces in order to make it possibile to mount them in every single position; the gears in cementation steel alloy have been cut according to the Klingelnberg Cyclo-Palloid method, hardened and lapped in pairs on the ideal gear generator.

The gears are mounted with a minimum allowance between the teeth, at request and according to the running speed the backlash can be reduced to the minimum allowed value. All bearings, produced by a sole company exclusively for Tandler, are carried out with absolute accuracy and tested on running at a minimum noise.
